From Shantou University to the industry front line: MinBon talks careers with students
MinBon general manager and 1997 alumnus Wu Shulin returned to campus to speak directly with graduates about role expectations, practical capability, and career growth in the digital services industry.
On May 30, 2025, MinBon brought real roles and hiring needs to an employer presentation at Shantou University’s East Coast campus as one of ten participating companies.
The conversation went beyond collecting resumes. MinBon introduced the work behind apparel ERP, MES, and factory digitalization, helping students understand how sales, engineering, and project service teams work together to solve real management problems for manufacturers.
MinBon general manager and 1997 applied mathematics alumnus Wu Shulin spoke directly with students. He explained that commercial roles benefit from competition and practical experience, while technical roles demand initiative, technical potential, and the capacity to keep learning within a team.
By connecting alumni experience, industry work, and graduate opportunity, MinBon wants university–enterprise cooperation to become a two-way path for growth: students gain a place to apply their abilities, while the company meets people ready to grow with the industry.
